DIPPED STRAWBERRIES

A simple, elegant dessert

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces of bittersweet chocolate
  • 32 strawberries

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate in a double boiler over barely simmering water.
  • Dip strawberries
  • Place on foil- or wax-paper-lined tray and chill in refrigerator.
