STEAMED ZUCCHINI

Ingredients

zucchinis
an onion
dill weed
olive oil or butter
Instructions
Cut the onion in half so that the rings are going to be in half-circles.
Turn them onto the flat side and slice into wedges.
Top and tail zucchinis and slice them in half. Then the halves in half.
Put first the onions, then the zucchinis in to a steamer.
Lightly sprinkle with dill weed and salt.
Steam until just tender. (Maybe 10 minutes?)
Remove from steam and, while still hot, toss with either butter or olive oil. Salt & pepper to taste.
