Ingredients
Glaze
4tbspmaple syrup
1lemon -- juice
1tsppaprika
1tspground coriander
1tspcumin
1/2tspchili powder
1/2tspgarlic
Saltto taste
2tbspwater
Tofu
400gfirm tofu
2tbspcornstarch
1tspsalt
2tbspvegetable oilI use peanut
Instructions
Pat tofu dry
Tear tofu into bite sized pieces (creates better surfaces than cutting for holding sauce)
Mix glaze ingredients in small pot
Heat glaze over medium flame to low boil and remove from heat
Saute tofu in oil until crispy
Add tofu to glaze
Return pot to medium flame
Saute, toss for 2-3 minutes
Serve over rice or noodles; eat immediately
Notes
Again, works well when you make the tofu in an air frier!
